FOR KIDS & TEENS
Ages 6-17
Introduce your child to the creative art of sewing. Your child will learn to sew by hand and on the machine and be creating accessories and simple clothes before you know it! See your child gain confidence and build self-esteem as they learn better eye-hand coordination, fine motor skills and a valuable life-skill!
All our classes for children take place seasonally during Fall, Winter and Spring for multiple weeks after school and on weekends. Additional one-session courses are offered throughout each season for kids who want to try out sewing and fashion design before committing to an afterschool program.
Runway
At the end of each season, all our little designers will have a blast showing off their fashion design creations to their parents and friends and feel like a star being born at our free runaway show !

Kids & teens love designing and sewing their very own fahion creations with their friends in a fun and inspiring party atmosphere!
Party guests will learn to use a sewing machine and receive a variety of fabric choices to create fun, fashionable and wearable clothes and accessories!
Our friendly and professional fashion design and sewing instructors will guide the children step-step-by-step to a successful project so they can have a blast!!
All you have to do is supply the cake and guests. We provide the machines, tools, and kits.
Parties are 2 - 4 hours and totally customizable!!

All parties are hosted at Kuka's beautifully designed and fully equipped studio.
Interested in having Kuka’s Fashion & Design come to you?
We can offer any of our Party Packages at your house or venue for an additional travel fee.
5. REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS DUE AT BOOKING
This deposit will hold your date and time, ensuring we do not book another event in your space.
The $250 will be applied to you party total and is not an additional charge.

What kid doesn’t want a little backpack to carry around their found treasures, books, gum, lip balm and all their other little trinkets? Participants learn basic machine operation before assembling and sewing this cute, simple to make fabric backpack. A choice of fun cotton prints plus pretty ribbons to jazz up this project will be available upon arrival at class.

GIRLY TWIRLY SKIRT
This is the perfect choice for a girly-girl party theme!! Participants learn basic machine operation and sewing before assembling and sewing a twirly circle skirt. TWO FUNKY PATCHWORK JOURNALS
Transform the cover of a plain-Jane spiral notebook with fun textile scraps to make a striking fabric-covered journal and make a second one for a gift!! Participants will learn basic machine operation and sew their patchwork cover by piecing different printed fabrics together to create their personalized journals. There will be many matching designer fabrics to choose from upon arrival at class.

As temperatures go down capes, wraps & ponchos are having another come-back this year for your trendy winter wardrobe!! It’s the ideal project for the beginning sewer because it’s “sew” simple to make with lots of possibilities for embellishment like adding fringes, buttons, embroidery etc. There will be a few designer fabrics in cotton and wool blends to choose from upon arrival at class.
